When exiting the airport, turn right onto Brooks Avenue, bear right onto I-390 South. Continue on I-390 South to NY-590 North. Follow NY-590 North to I-490 East. Continue on I-490 East to Exit 23. Turn left on NY-441. Linden Oaks is your 2nd right turn. Follow to 350 Linden Oaks, on the right.

From the NYS Thruway

Take Exit 45 off the NYS Thruway. Take I- 490 West to Exit 23. Turn right onto NY-441. Linden Oaks Drive is your 2nd right. Follow to 350 Linden Oaks, on the right.

From Rochester

Take I-490 East to Exit 23. Turn left onto NY-441. Linden Oaks is your 2nd right. Follow to 350 Linden Oaks, on the right.

From Webster

Take NY-590 South toward downtown Rochester, merge onto I-490 (exit 5) on the left toward Victor.  Exit at 23 (Penfield/Linden Oaks), turn right onto Rte. 441.  Linden Oaks is your 2nd right. Follow to 350 Linden Oaks, on the right.
