Vincent represents owners, developers, lenders, and borrowers in sophisticated real estate transactions involving commercial and industrial properties.

In addition to handling acquisitions and sales of real property, he assists clients with all other aspects of commercial real estate development, including the negotiation and drafting of architect agreements and construction contracts, leasing, zoning, subdivision, economic development incentives, and negotiation of easements and restrictive covenants.

Vincent served on the Board of Trustees of Hilbert College from 2003 through 2012 and chaired the Board from 2007 through 2009.  He also served on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Western New York from 2014 to 2019, and on the Board of Trustees of D’Youville College from 2019 to 2022.
